Within the framework of the Year of Science and Technology announced by the President of the Russian Federation, as well as in honor of the 100th anniversary of The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), on December 7-9, 2021, the Institute of Law and National Security of the RANEPA is holding an international scientific and practical conference “Integration of Science and Education in the digital transformation", dedicated to the discussion of a wide range of urgent problems of development and interaction of science and education in the era of digitalization.
The conference program includes a plenary session and work of sections, round tables, panel discussions.

Russian and foreign scientists, teachers, graduate students, PhD Candidates, researchers, applicants, as well as heads of government bodies, practicing lawyers, and representatives of the media are invited to participate in the conference.
The conference will be held online with using remote technologies.
Travel and accommodation by foreign and nonresident participants are paid and organized independently.
Publication of materials
As a result of the conference, it is planned to publish a collective monograph with placement in the Russian Science Citation Index.
The materials selected by the conference organizing committee will be published in publications indexed in the scientometric Scopus and Web of Science databases.
Submission of materials for publication in indexed materials ("Scopus" and "Web of Science") is carried out until November 30, 2021 exclusively on the website: https://conferences.science/conferences/ised-2021.html
For consideration are accepted manuscripts that have not been previously published in other publications, which have scientific novelty, correspond to the topics of the conference and are of theoretical and practical significance. All works go through the procedure of blind review and check in the anti-plagiarism system.
Materials of participants with academic degrees and young scientists without academic degrees (undergraduates and postgraduates) are accepted for publication, provided that the latter submits a review of a scientific supervisor with an academic degree. Students' works will not be accepted for publication.
To participate in the conference, you must fill out the registration form from August 1 to November 24, 2021.
Materials for publication in the monograph are accepted until November 24, 2021.
